HOW DOES THE TICKET SALES COMMISSION WORK?
Your club will be issued with a unique link to our ticketing website that can be distributed to your members, players, supporters and friends. If they book tickets via this unique link, we will be able to track the sales and calculate the commission owed to your club.
WHEN WILL THE CLUB BE PAID ANY TICKET SALES COMMISSION?
You will receive a payment by BACS to your nominated club account at the end of September 2018.
HOW DO I REQUEST MY COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS?
Once you have paid the Membership fee you can contact the Ticket and Membership Office via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0161 868 6868 at least two weeks before the match you’d like to attend and, subject to availability, tickets will be printed and posted back to you.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS
Tickets will be sent out once payment for the Membership has been confirmed and approximately four weeks before and no later than ten days before each match.

IS CAR OR COACH PARKING AVAILABLE?
Your club will receive a free coach parking pass at Emirates Old Trafford for your selected Vitality Blast match.
Matchday car parking is available at Emirates Old Trafford for Specsavers County Championship and Royal London One-Day matches, and nearby at Manchester United Football Club for Vitality Blast and international matches. Please note that there will be a charge for car parking.
WHAT IF THE MATCH IS RAINED OFF?
If the match for which you received free tickets is rained off, please contact the Ticket and Membership Office via email email@example.com or by calling 0161 868 6868 and tickets for an alternative match, subject to availability, will be made available.
