SECOND XI REPORT: No play on first day of the Warwickshire match
The Second team continue struggling with the weather this season with wet conditions at Edgbaston leading to the abandonment of the first day of this Second Eleven Championship game.
The umpires made an inspection at 1pm with play for the day called off at 1.30pm.
The match was originally a four-day game due to be played at Northern C.C. this week but the wet conditions in Crosby saw the game switched to Edgbaston last week and reduced to a three-day affair.
The Lancashire side that has travelled to Birmingham is:
