Ticket Resale and Ticket Exchange information

Ticket Resale

Here at Lancashire Cricket, we understand that plans change and that you may not be able to make it to the game. This is why we have launched our new 'Ticket Resale' which allows fans to sell their tickets securely.

Tickets should not be posted to secondary websites such as Viagogo or Stubhub as selling tickets via an unauthorised channel is breaking the terms.

Ticket Resale Instructions

Mobile Instructions
- Go to lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets
- Login to your account
- Go to ‘My Tickets’
- Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Resalable tickets’ to open the drop down menu, and click ‘Tickets for resale’
- Find the match you wish to sell your tickets for, and click the ‘+’ button
- Select tickets and click ‘Resell tickets’
- Input your selling price. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be sold over face value of the match ticket
Desktop
Desktop Instructions
- Go to lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets
- Login to your account
- Select ‘Resell tickets’ on the right hand column
- Click ‘View details’
- Select your tickets for resell and click ‘Resell Selected Tickets’
- Input your selling price. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be sold over face value of the match ticket

A Purchaser may offer Tickets for sale from 50% to 100% of the face value of the Ticket. The value of any Tickets that are sold via the Lancashire Cricket Ticket Resale Platform will be credited to a Purchasers account (subject to a reasonable administration fee).

Should a Ticket not be sold by the day of play of the Ticket, 50% of the face value of the Ticket will be credited to the Purchasers account (subject to a reasonable administration fee). The credit can be used to purchase a Ticket for a cricket event at Lancashire Cricket Club that takes place within twelve months of the date of receipt of the credit.

To cancel your tickets for resale, simply find your match tickets and click ‘Cancel Resale’.

Ticket Exchange

We are also now offering fans the opportunity to exchange their tickets via our 'Ticket Exchange' feature, which allows you to swap your tickets for available seats in a different stand, or for a different day or match by completing the steps below. You can exchange your ticket as many times as you like as long as the ticket value is equal to or higher than the value of your original ticket.

Mobile Instructions
- Go to lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets
- Log into your account
- Select Exchange Tickets from the Menu
- Select the seats you’d like to exchange with the tick box beside the seat details
- Click on Change Seat to exchange seats within the same match or Change Date/Time to exchange seats to another match
- Select your preferred area
- Click on Choose Your Seats
- Select your preferred seat
- Click on Add to Basket
- You will then be shown the seat you are exchanging and the new seat you have chosen and any difference in price
- Click on Exchange
- Select Delivery Method
- Click on Continue
- Tick to accept T&C’s
- Click on Complete Your Order or Pay if there is a difference in price
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be exchanged for those of a lesser value

- Select the seats you’d like to exchange
- Click on Change Seat to exchange seats within the same match or
- Change Match to exchange seats to another match
- Select your preferred area
- Click on Choose Your Seats
- Select your preferred seat
- Click on Add to Basket

- Click on Exchange Now
- Select Delivery Method
- Click on Continue
- Tick to accept T&C’s
- Click on Complete Your Order or Proceed to Payment if there is a difference in price
