It goes without saying that positive communication and behaviour is accepted as being a minimum standard of employment and Membership of Lancashire Cricket Club. Mutual respect between staff and Members is acknowledged as standard. Any breach of this condition may result in an employee being subject to disciplinary action or a Member having their Membership suspended.
