On this page you will find all you need to know ahead of your Hospitality Experience at Emirates Old Trafford. Please read through all the details below about timings, how to download your tickets, car parking, testing and dress code.

    Gates open: 3.30pm

    Hospitality suites open: 3.30pm

    Game start: 6.30pm

    Hours of play: 6.30pm – 9.50pm

    Hospitality suite closes: 10.20pm (or 30 minutes at the close of play)

    Prospects of play: Updates online via our Match Centre and on Twitter @LancsCricket

    Entry: Hospitality ticket entry will be via Gate 1 on Talbot Road. 

    The recent Government announcement around the lifting of the restrictions on July 19 is a welcome update even though we are being encouraged to ‘proceed with caution’. The safety and wellbeing of our clients is of the utmost importance. With this in mind Lancashire Cricket, in conjunction with the licensing authority, have taken the decision to ensure that all hospitality clients must adhere to the following protocols:

    Show proof of one of the following:

    • A negative lateral flow test or PCR Test taken in the last 48 hours shown, for example, on the NHS app, Email, or message on your smart phone.
    • Proof of a double vaccination either by showing your vaccination card, or via the NHS APP on your smart phone. Link to how to do this shown here https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/

    Please note, you will not be guaranteed access to the hospitality suite if you fail to show your proof of the conditions above.

    Then proceed to your designated reception to check in to the hospitality suite:

    • Premium E Stand Tickets: Enter via The Point reception
    • Century Lounge: Enter via The Point reception
    • Legends Lounge: Enter via Pavilion reception
    • The Boardroom: Enter via Pavilion reception
    • Executive Suites: Enter via Pavilion reception
    • Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Suites: Enter via the Hilton Garden Inn reception

    On arrival to your designated reception the lead booker will be handed a pack which will contain all the wristbands and lanyards for their party. We recommend that all parties meet up prior to arrival to make the distribution of these items easier. You will not be permitted access to the suite without the correct wristband.

    • If you have any issues on the day there will be a Lateral Flow Testing Centre at Trafford Council opposite the ground. See the Trafford Council Testing Site tab for more details.

    Please note, you will not be guaranteed access to the hospitality suite if you fail to show your proof of the conditions above.

    When walking around the site and your hospitality suite we strongly encourage (although not mandatory) the following:

    • Wear a face mask when walking around the site and your hospitality suite.
    • Maintain social distancing

    Dress Code

    The dress code for our hospitality suites is smart casual. Please dress appropriately for the event, jeans/shorts/trainers are all acceptable, we only request no football shirts. 

  • Trafford Council Testing Site

    Trafford Council Testing Site

    If you are not able to pick up a home kit you can go to the Lateral Flow testing site at Trafford Town Hall. Please note that this site is only for those who do not have symptoms of Covid (a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or a change/loss in your sense of smell/taste). If you have symptoms you must self-isolate immediately and book a standard Covid test, which you can do online or by calling 119.

    Location

    The testing site is at the on the Warwick Road side of Trafford Town Hall in the library. Access is to the left of the public entrance on Warwick Road (see the blue arrow below).

    Opening times are 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri (apart from Wednesday when it’s 8am – 1pm). Please check the website below for any changes to opening times.

    How To Book

    If you are able to, please book by going to this website: https://traffordcouncil.simplybook.cc/v2/. However, you can also turn up and be booked in when you arrive if this is not possible.

    If you have one, you will need to bring your smart phone to enable registration for the test. Please be sure you are able to use your camera to scan QR codes and bar codes. If you don't have a smartphone, don’t worry, we will assist you with registration.

    You will receive your results by either text or email. You do not need to wait at the site for your results.

    Results Guidance

    If your result is NEGATIVE

    You are not required to take any action. Please take your next test in the next 3-4 days and continue to follow guidance on ventilation, social distancing, handwashing, and the wearing of masks.

    If your result is INVALID

    If the test indicates an invalid result you must repeat the test with a new test kit as soon as possible.
    If your result is POSITIVE

    You must self-isolate immediately. Travel home, wearing a face covering. Where possible travel home in your own vehicle or by walking or cycling.

    Book a confirmatory PCR test – you can do so either online or by calling 119.

    Your household must also self-isolate until the results of your PCR test are known.

    If you are travelling to Emirates Old Trafford by car and require parking please email hospitality@lancashirecricket.co.uk 

    You will be emailed a parking pass which you will need to print and show to the steward to gain access to the car park.

    PREMIUM TICKET BUYERS: Please note Premium Tickets do not include free parking. Parking will be available at Manchester United as detailed below and will be charged at £10 per car which will be paid on entry.

    By Train

    Greater Manchester’s rail connections mean it’s easy to get here.

    Manchester Piccadilly, Deansgate Castlefield and Victoria all have access to tram stops, which will take you directly to the ground.

    If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two minute walk away from the front gates.

    During the match you will have designated seating attached to your hospitality suite. If you are unsure as to where your seats are located please speak to one of our friendly members of staff.

  • Accessibility

    All of our hospitality suites have lift access.

    If you require assistance on the day please speak to one of our friendly stewards.

  • Toilets

    Toilets

    Toilet facilities are easily accessible throughout the ground. Toilets are available adjacent to the hospitality suites.

    If you have any trouble locating these facilities, please speak to one of our friendly stewards who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
