Haseeb Hameed trains for England ahead of Bangladesh Test

Take a look through our picture gallery of Lancashire CCC and England batsman Haseeb Hameed as he is put through his paces with England squad ahead of the First Test Match against Bangladesh on Thursday 20 October.

Haseeb is hoping to make his debut for the Three Lions in Chittagong and with just 1 week away until England go head to head with Bangladesh, the young Lancashire batsman is putting the work in to make the final selection.

We also managed to catch up with Haseeb before he flew out to Bangladesh as he put in his final preparations at Emirates Old Trafford - watch the video below.

Watch England live at Emirates Old Trafford in 2017

England are back at Emirates Old Trafford in 2017 to face South Africa in the Fourth Investec Test Match from Friday 4 - Tuesday 8 August, before they go head to head in the West Indies in the First Royal London ODI on Tuesday 19 September.

Looks great, like he's done it for decades. Hameed must certainly open for England, I'm not sure if Duckett can do it at test level, maybe middle order. Lets be honest Duckett made runs in division 2 against lesser bowlers, where as Hameed has faced the best bowlers in the country and looked at home. Maybe just put Duckett at 4-5, certainly not to open. Openning is a specialist role and Hameed is just that!
