LANCASHIRE COUNTY Cricket Club is delighted to confirm that the country’s leading sport travel operator, Thomas Cook Sport, will continue to be an official partner of the Club – meaning that cricket supporters at Emirates Old Trafford will once again be able to experience the unique Thomas Cook Sport Terrace.
Both parties launched the successful partnership last season, and the new deal will see Thomas Cook Sport enjoy a high profile presence at Emirates Old Trafford until 2018 and also be associated with Kia Super League team Lancashire Thunder.
The Thomas Cook Sport Terrace was introduced at the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club last summer and proved to be a big hit with cricket supporters, particularly at the international fixtures. This year the Terrace has moved to an improved and bigger location at mid-wicket to give even more fans the chance to experience a day in the Terrace. With informal pitch-side seating and inflatable sofas for supporters wanting to relax and enjoy their day in style, the Thomas Cook Sport Terrace offers cricket lovers an exceptional view of the unfolding action, a welcome drink, a picnic hamper, access to an exclusive cash bar and a reserved seat in Stand A.
