England's dominance continues into Day 3
England tightened their grip on the Second Investec Test Match with another commanding performance on Day 3.
After struggling on Day 2 which saw Joe Root reach an astonishing 254 runs before closing the day on 57-4, Pakistan seemed to find some momentum with Shan Masood and Misbah-ul-Haq scoring some quick runs.
However it didn't take long before England once again found their rhythm with wickets from Jimmy Anderson and Stuart Broad, condemning Pakistan to 76-6. The rest of the day pretty much followed the same pattern with England looking strong in front of a fantastic and boisterous Manchester crowd - with the visitors all out for 198 before Tea.
England decided to further their lead in the second innings by batting again, finishing the day on an 98-1, with an insurmountable lead of 489 so far.
