Check out our photo gallery from the opening game of the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy as the hosts England claimed an emphatic 8-wicket victory against Bangladesh at the Kia Oval, Surrey.
Joe Root (133) and Alex Hales (95) helped the Three Lions (who are favourites to win the competition) reach their target of 306 with 16 balls to spare.
However, the game came at a heavy price as Joe Root and Ben Stokes both sustained minor injuries during the game, while Chris Woakes has been ruled out of the remaining fixtures in the Champions Trophy after suffering a side strain.
