Lancashire Cricket Club is delighted to announce the party night themes for this year’s Vitality Blast fixtures hosted at Emirates Old Trafford this summer.

The Club’s party nights start with the return of the Bails and Ales drinks festival which will be back at Emirates Old Trafford, this year running over the weekend which includes Lancashire Lightning’s Vitality Blast clash against Derbyshire Falcons on Saturday 14 July. The festival proved popular with supporters last year with 16 beers and ales available from the likes of Heineken, JW Lees, Robinsons and Joseph Holt.


Following on from the cricket, the next day will see Emirates Old Trafford screen the Football World Cup Final on Sunday 15 July alongside the beer festival. What more could you want from a weekend? Match day tickets for the Lancashire game will give you access to the two-day event.

Next up is the biggest T20 fixture in English domestic cricket as Lancashire Lightning take on Roses rivals Yorkshire Vikings at Emirates Old Trafford in the Vitality Blast. This fixture has sold out for the last four years, with last year’s fixture attracting the highest ever attendance (19,961) for a Vitality Blast fixture outside of London and Finals Day. 2018 will be even bigger and better!

Lancashire Lightning then take on Leicestershire Foxes at Emirates Old Trafford on Friday 3 August which will see the Club host a fancy dress night where supporters are encourages to get creative with their outfits. We’ll be running a competition for the best outfit throughout the evening so make sure you and your friends don’t miss out!

The final Vitality Blast fixture of the summer at Emirates Old Trafford takes place on Friday 10 August when Birmingham Bears are in town. This will be our Friday Night Live theme which will offer plenty of explosive action on and off the field with live entertainment such as street performers, live music, games and activities and plenty of food and drink offerings in the Foster’s Fan Village.


Plus, with some of the biggest names in international cricket with Jos Buttler and James Faulkner set to star for Lancashire Lightning this summer you can expect to see plenty of wickets flying and huge sixes at every match.
