Venue confirmed for Gloucestershire match
Cheltenham College to host Championship clash
Lancashire's away match with Gloucestershire in the Specsavers County Championship, which stars on Monday 27 May, will be played at Cheltenham College, the hosts have confirmed.
A statement on the Gloucestershire website, said: "Having explored various opportunities it was clear that the College Ground was the stand-out venue for a whole host of reasons, not least the high quality playing surface on both the College and County squares.
"With the match being played on the College Square (nearer to the Chapel End) visitors to the ground should expect a very different but equally exciting experience to that of the traditional Cricket Festival."
The game will conclude a busy month for the Red Rose and follows back-to-back Championship fixtures at Emirates Old Trafford against Northamptonshire and Worcestershire.
