If you are travelling to Emirates Old Trafford by car, parking will be located on Car Park 3 from 5.00pm – with entry via Gates 10 and 11 on Great Stone Road. Please note: Parking is on a first come, first served basis
Red Rose Car Park Permit holders will be able to park on Car Park 1 via Gate 2 on Brian Statham Way. Accessible parking will be available on a first come, first served basis from 5.30pm on Car Park 3 with access via Great Stone Road.
Parking for a day’s play at Emirates Old Trafford is priced at £10 per car, with a £5 discount for 2019 Lancashire Cricket Members.
Greater Manchester’s rail connections mean it’s easy to get here.
Manchester Piccadilly, Deansgate Castlefield and Victoria all have access to tram stops, which will take you directly to the ground.

If you are travelling via the Metrolink, the Old Trafford stop is located directly behind Emirates Old Trafford and is just a two minute walk away from the front gates.

If you are cycling to the ground, you will be able to lock up your bike at the racks located underneath The Point. The easiest entry point to access this area is via Gate 15 on Talbot Road.

We urge all fans who wish to purchase tickets to buy online for the best possible prices and to beat the Ticket Office queues by choosing our digital ticket option, where you can download your tickets to a mobile phone or print at home.
If play is restricted or does not take place at the Venue on the day for which your ticket is valid, including any reserve days, subject to there being fewer than 10 overs played because of adverse weather conditions and no result is achieved, a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and postal charges) will be made.
Tickets purchased with a credit or debit card will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket to the card used for payment.
Tickets purchased with PayPal will be credited the face value of the ticket to their PayPal account.
Tickets purchased with Bondholder Points will be credited the points used to their Lancashire Cricket account.
Tickets purchased by cash will be credited the face value of the ticket to their Lancashire Cricket account that can be used to spend on tickets for future matches at Emirates Old Trafford or 2020 Memberships.
Vitality Blast Season Ticket holders and Members will be contacted individually regarding next steps.
Return of tickets is not required. If you do not receive your refund within 28 days please contact 0161 282 4000 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that under no circumstances will a monetary refund be given.

The Ticket and Membership Office is located on the corner of Talbot Road and Brian Statham Way.
Please note that the Ticket Office is only accessible from Brian Statham Way and will be open from 9am until the start of the second innings.

Hospitality ticket collections will be available from The Ticket Office (off Brian Statham Way), from 9am.
Seating is unreserved in all open stands. The stands open for this fixture are Stand A, and the Pavilion Terrace.
All access is via ground level.
If you have any problems locating particular areas of the ground, our friendly stewards will be on hand to point you in the right direction.
There are designated wheelchair and accessible seating areas available in AO Stand B, Lightning Stand C and Thomas Cook Sport Stand E. These can be purchased by calling 0161 868 6868, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or in person at the Ticket Office.

Toilet facilities are easily accessible throughout the ground. Toilets are available within the Pavilion and Stand A.
