Simmons receives Tasmania testimonial memento

The former Lancashire and Tasmania player was reunited with the signed gift after nearly 40 years during Lancashire's Vitality Blast match against Leicestershire Foxes

Lancashire legend Jack Simmons was recently presented with a signed memento from his testimonial season in Tasmania - 38 years since it took place.

The 78-year-old accepted the gift, signed by both the Tasmania and Australian internationals who played in the fixture, from Nathan Ridings and Colin Gore, chair of the Members' Representative Group.

Simmons talks below about receiving the memento and his strong association with both Lancashire and Tasmania.
