The new social media campaign is aimed at thanking key workers during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic
As part of Lancashire Cricket’s efforts to thank key workers during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic the Club has started #BowledOver, a new social media campaign.
Started by Lancashire batsman Rob Jones, the Club are asking players, Members and supporters to send in their messages of support using the hashtag on Twitter.
Jones kickstarted the campaign by thanking sister Sophie, who works as a radiographer in the NHS, and her boyfriend Ben, a doctor, for their hard work and dedication in helping to fight coronavirus.
As a gesture of ongoing support to NHS workers, the Club has also offered up to 5,000 tickets for a Vitality Blast match this summer.
