Virtual game puts supporters in charge
In the absence of live cricket, the Club will be virtually playing the opening game of the season - and putting you in control
On the day the 2020 domestic cricket season was supposed to begin at Emirates Old Trafford, Lancashire Cricket are launching a virtual fixture against Kent and putting supporters in charge.
Using popular computer game, Cricket Captain, the Club will be sharing video clips on Twitter and inviting supporters to vote on the next move at each stage of the game.
Decisions include the strategy of entire sessions, which bowlers should bowl next and how batsmen should play out different situations.
