Emirates Lockdown Heroes - Lancashire Lightning vs Worcestershire
Lancashire Cricket were delighted to welcome our Emirates Lockdown Heroes to Emirates Old Trafford for the Vitality Blast fixture against Worcestershire Rapids last week.
The initiative was launched to find and then celebrate individuals who have made a tangible difference to the national and local fight during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Those that were chosen were invited to Emirates Old Trafford last week, with the Lancashire players wearing the name of one of the heroes on the back of their shirts during the warm up and then experience hospitality in The Point. At the end of the game, the players signed the shirts which were presented to our heroes.
