Liam Livingstone is away at the IPL with Rajasthan Royals, while centrally contracted England duo Jimmy Anderson and Jos Buttler are both being rested after the Test series against India.
Keaton Jennings (calf), Saqib Mahmood (side) and George Lavelle (thumb) are all side-lined through injury.
Lancashire Squad to face Warwickshire:
Dane Vilas (c), George Balderson, Tom Bailey, Jack Blatherwick, Josh Bohannon, Steven Croft, Alex Davies, Tom Hartley, Liam Hurt, Rob Jones, Danny Lamb, Matt Parkinson, Luke Wells, Luke Wood.
Tickets are available via the Lord's website, by clicking here.
The five-day final will see Lancashire, who finished second in Division One, face Champions Warwickshire with the Bob Willis Trophy - which was won by Essex in its inaugural year in 2020 - on the line at Lord's.
Each day will get underway at 10.30am and the full match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Cricket and Sky Sports Mix.
For those unable to watch live, updates will be posted on the Club's social media channels and Match Centre, as well as post-match highlights from every day.
The Bob Willis Trophy is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Society’s ‘Sport United Against Dementia’ campaign. The third day of the match between Warwickshire and Lancashire at Lord’s will help raise much-needed funds and awareness for the charity. Test UNITE2 70660 to donate £10.
