Lancashire piled on the runs at Scarborough as George Lavelle hit an unbeaten century on the second day of the Second XI clash against Yorkshire.

Lancashire closed on 317-2 with a lead of 58 runs heading into the third day.

Captain Lavelle finished the day unbeaten on 157 which came off 269 balls containing 15 fours and two sixes.

Fielding was dismissed after he miscued a shot of the bowling off Yash Vagadia.

Bell who carried on his fine form from his century against Glamorgan last week, has so far hit six fours and faced 148 balls.
