2020 Test Match Tickets Refund

The 2020 Test match that was scheduled to take place at Emirates Old Trafford between England and Pakistan will now be played behind-closed-doors this summer.

To ensure you can still experience Test match cricket at our iconic stadium, your tickets for the 2020 Pakistan Test match will automatically be transferred to the hugely popular 2021 Test match between England and India at Emirates Old Trafford at no extra cost.

Tickets transferred from the 2020 Test match to the 2021 Test match will be for the equivalent day. For example, if you have tickets for Day One of the Pakistan Test match, your tickets will be transferred to Day One of the India Test match.

Alternatively, if you would like a refund for the England v Pakistan Test match simply complete the form below. Once we have received all refund requests after the deadline of 30 July 2020 we will start processing the refunds which should be completed by the end of August 2020.

Once the 2021 international fixtures have been announced we will communicate the dates to you. If you are unable to attend the date your ticket has been transferred to, there will be another opportunity to request a refund.

If you have tickets for the Australia IT20 or any Lancashire domestic fixtures scheduled for 2020, these fixtures have been postponed and we are awaiting a revised schedule from the ECB. Once we have an update, we will be in contact with your options. You do not need to do anything at this time.
