Tom Bailey

He then picked up nine wickets in Lancashire's County Championship match against Essex in Blackpool including a stunning 6/59 in the first innings.
Bailey followed that up with an impressive all-round display against Warwickshire at Edgbaston, as he picked up 2/29 with the ball and scored a First-Class career best score of 75 with the bat. He also claimed a further two wickets during the draw at home to Northants.
George Balderson
George Balderson will forever remember July 2023 as the month that he registered his maiden First-Class century as he scored an outstanding 116 not out - in tricky conditions for batting against Warwickshire at Edgbaston. He later picked up 2/27 with the ball before scoring another 46 in the second innings.
Balderson then claimed 3/44 in the first innings against Northants at Emirates Old Trafford before smashing a swashbuckling 49 not out from just 32 balls as Lancashire set up a final day declaration.
Naomi Dattani
Naomi Dattani's July saw her claim six wickets during three Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy matches, including an outstanding bowling display of 4/16 to help Thunder on their way to victory over the Northern Diamonds.
In the same match, Dattani scored 46 with the bat, following on from scoring 43 in the previous match as Thunder tied with Southern Vipers in Southport - both batting at number three and coming to the crease following the loss of an early wicket to help Thunder rebuild and earn results.
Luke Wells
Luke Wells capped an impressive all-round month by notching his first century of the season as he scored 119 against Northants at Emirates Old Trafford.
Prior to that, Wells had scored a gritty 75 on the final day against Essex at Blackpool as Lancashire battled to save the game - and he also picked up five wickets with his leg-spin across all formats during July.
