At Emirates Old Trafford we have created designated areas around the ground to cater for the needs of supporters with a disability. There are wheelchair spaces with adjacent personal assistant seats with nearby seats for friends and family, there are easy access areas for those who require seats within short distance of necessary amenities. We also have a sensory room and facilities for supporters who are blind or have impaired hearing.
As we have several accessible areas around the ground all with a different views and different fan experiences, we ask that you contact the Ticketing Team to advise where the best location is that suits your personal needs. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to one of the Ticketing Team on 0161 282 4000 (option 1).

We have now opened our private pitch-facing sensory room, located in the Player and Media Centre of Emirates Old Trafford. Access to this room is available for any existing match ticket holder at a £5 per person upgrade that will include a car park space in Car Park 3.
To apply for access into this room on matchday, please complete the registration form below no later than ten days before each match.
Due to the expected popularity of this room we may have to run a ballot to determine who has access per match. If your request is successful, you will be contacted by the Club and upgrade tickets reserved for you to pay online. During the trial period this room will be restricted to one family only, however we hope to increase this for future matches.

There are accessible toilet facilities in the concourses of all stands. There are also accessible facilities within the Pavilion for Members and within The Point on the first floor. A steward will be able to direct you to the most convenient / nearest toilet. RADAR keys are being installed to all concourse toilets and stewards will be provided with a key who will be able to facilitate access.
A new changing places facility will be available from mid-June 2023. Access will be via a radar key (available from the stand stewards) and will be available for all remaining fixtures of the season. The unit will be located behind Stand C, in front of the ICC.
Where a supporter would find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access the services offered, the Club allows the supporter to bring a personal assistant free of charge, to meet the conditions of providing a “reasonable adjustment” and auxiliary service under the Equality Act.
Supporters who can supply one of the “proof of disability” documents below will automatically qualify for the free personal assistant ticket (if a personal assistant ticket is requested). Supporters without such proof will be considered on an individual case and may be asked to complete a Proof of Disability Registration Form.
Lancashire Cricket reserves the right to request “proof of disability” that may include:
- Receipt of the Disability Living Allowance (mid-rate care OR high-rate mobility component)
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance
- Blind or partially sighted registration certificate – BD8 Certificate
- A personal letter from your GP, community nurse or social worker
- Provision of a free companion/personal assistant ticket
The Club is regularly audited by an independent disabled person who acts as a mystery shopper and based on the feedback received, the Club works to improve the facilities for spectators with a disability where possible.
We try to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable day and always welcome feedback.
