Vote for June's Hilton Player of the Month

Four players are in the running for Lancashire Cricket's June Player of the Month, sponsored by Hilton.

For one lucky voter, Hilton are offering a two-night stay at one of their hotels around the world, as well as a signed Lancashire LV= Insurance County Championship shirt.

Chris Green

New overseas signing Chris Green played a key role in helping Lancashire Lightning to enjoy a strong first half of their Vitality Blast North Group campaign during June. 

The off-spin bowling all-rounder picked up 11 wickets at an average of 17 - including a best of 4 for 12 in the win over Derbyshire Falcons - and the Australian also blasted 126 runs at a strike rate of 166.

Keaton Jennings

Captain Keaton Jennings carried his fine early season form into the Vitality Blast during June - as he scored 174 runs in six innings, including a match-winning 64 against Notts Outlaws at Trent Bridge.

Jennings capped off the month in red-ball action with an unbeaten 187* against Nottinghamshire in Southport.

Seren Smale

Seren Smale played three key innings for Lancashire Thunder in the Charlotte Edwards Cup during June. Her top score of 88* came in a narrow-defeat to Central Sparks at Edgbaston.

The previous match, Smale had struck a match-winning 39* to edge Thunder past Sunrisers in Blackpool.

Smale ended her month with another well-made 32 against Sunrisers at Chelmsford.

Luke Wells

Luke Wells starred with bat and ball during the first half of Lancashire Lightning's 2024 Vitality Blast campaign - scoring 211 runs at a strike rate of 157 and picking up 9 wickets at an average of 21 with his leg-spin.

Wells continued his T20 form into the return of the Vitality County Championship when he struck 150 against Kent to set up an innings victory for Lancashire at Canterbury. 

He also picked up four wickets in the match (2/9 & 2/38) to complete an outstanding month for the 33-year-old.
