Charlie Barnard is a left arm off spinner and batter who plays his club cricket at Hyde CC since moving there in the 2022 season.

Since joining Hyde he has picked up his career best figures playing for the Men's 1st XI in the ECB premier league in a fixture against Oxton which saw him taking 5-42 and subsequently winning the match. Furthermore, Charlie has many notable performances for his club side with the bat including a fine 76 in a league fixture against Chester.

Barnard has represented Cheshire 1st XI in the past as well as having gained 7 caps for the Lancashire 2nd XI. His most notable performance came in a fixture against the Yorkshire second XI where he picked up 10 wickets for the match. In the first innings he achieved figures of 6-42 and followed that up in the second innings with figures of 4-91.
