Instructions for Lancashire Tickets App secure mobile tickets
Tickets will appear in the app and be available to transfer to friends and family before the match. The barcodes for the Lancashire Cricket Tickets will be activated on approach to the scanning gates. Please ensure that you have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device.

Before the match you will receive an email from Lancashire Cricket Tickets with instructions on how to download your tickets as below.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED THE TIXNGO APP YOU WILL NEED TO DELETE THIS FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE AND CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THE PROVIDED STEPS:
- Using your mobile phone, download the Lancashire Cricket Tickets mobile app
- Open the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app and sign-up/sign-in using your email address from the booking
- Following your registration, before the match your tickets will appear in the Lancashire Cricket Tickets mobile app
- Please note the following on where your Lancashire Cricket Tickets tickets will be located:
- If you allocated tickets to Friends and Family who have a valid email address when you purchased your tickets, their tickets will be available in their own Lancashire Cricket Tickets app.
- If you allocated tickets to Friends and Family who do not have a valid email address when you purchased your tickets, their tickets will be available in your Lancashire Cricket Tickets app.
- If you allocated tickets to a new contact they will need to download the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app and use the same email address that you used to create their contact.
- If you allocated any or all of the tickets to yourself you can use the “Transfer Tickets” option as below to transfer tickets to friends and family to use on their Lancashire Cricket Tickets app.
- On approach to the scanning gates, you will receive a notification from the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app that the ticket has been activated. Please ensure that you have Bluetooth enabled on your mobile device.
- Once this message has been received the ticket will be active inside the app, click on the ticket and the QR code will be displayed ready for scanning.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BLUETOOTH IS ENBALED AND THE LANCASHIRE CRICKET TICKETS APP IS OPEN ON APPROACH TO THE SCANNING GATES
Transferring tickets
- This will be available once tickets appear in the app
- On the Lancashire Cricket Tickets app navigate to 'My Tickets'
- Find the ticket you want to transfer and select ‘Send’
- Choose a contact from your contact list or enter the recipient’s contact details into the relevant fields, then press ‘Send’
- You will receive a ‘Transfer in progress’ message, close this box and you will be taken back to ‘My Tickets’ where you will that the ticket is ‘In Transfer’
Checking the status of transferred tickets
- The ticket will remain ‘In Transfer’ until the recipient has accepted the ticket
- Once the recipient has accepted the ticket, you will see that is has been sent to your contact successfully in the transfer history section of the menu
- The recipient will receive an email from Lancashire Cricket Tickets explaining that you have sent them a ticket and they should click the link to download the app and receive the ticket
- You will then see the ticket has been transferred to your contact with the date and time of the transfer
Receiving a ticket that has been transferred to you
- When a ticket has been sent to you, you will receive an email from Lancashire Cricket Tickets with instructions on how to download your tickets as below:
