Lancashire County Cricket Club bowler James Anderson spoke to the media following the announcement that the Pavilion End will be renamed The James Anderson End ahead of the fourth Investec Test Match.
Jimmy made his Lancashire debut in 2001 and took 50 First-Class wickets in his first full domestic campaign for the Red Rose and was awarded his County Cap in 2003 before going on to help the Club lift the County Championship for the first time in 77 years back in 2011.
Speaking during the England v South Africa press conference, James Anderson described the moment as ‘overwhelming’.
