Roses Match live stream to be broadcast on Sky Sports Cricket
Lancashire take on Roses rivals Yorkshire live on Sky Sports Cricket starting this Thursday
Lancashire Cricket can confirm that Sky Sports will broadcast the live stream produced by the Club for this week's Roses Match live on its Sky Cricket channel.
The Red Rose host Yorkshire in the LV= Insurance County Championship and the full four days will be shown live on Sky, whose commentary team will include Lancashire's own Michael Atherton, David 'Bumble' Lloyd, Graham Onions and Kate Cross alongside Nasser Hussain, Nick Knight, Rob Key, Adam Collins and Niall O'Brien.
Since the start of the 2020 season, the Club has been offering an enhanced live streaming service for all home matches, consisting of a multi-camera setup, including ball-tracking and roaming cameras.
The manned, ball-tracking cameras at either end of the field, allow viewers to follow the ball off the square and watch all the key moments including catches, run outs and other key moments.
The live streaming service has been developed alongside My Action Replay, a Bristol based automated streaming and video indexing technology organisation and MediaCityUK based production company, Badger and Combes.
Sky Sports Cricket's coverage from Emirates Old Trafford will get underway on Sky channel 404 at 10.50am and the match will still also be available to view on the Club's Official YouTube and Facebook accounts for the entire four days.
Lancashire remain unbeaten in the LV= Insurance County Championship and currently top Group 3 ahead of the first red ball Roses Match since 2018 while the fixture will also be the first men's First Team fixture with crowds back inside Emirates Old Trafford.
