Glen Chapple names 14-man squad to face Surrey

Men's Head Coach Glen Chapple has named his 14-man squad ahead of Lancashire Cricket's opening LV= Insurance County Championship match of the season.

The Red Rose welcome Division One's defending champions Surrey to Emirates Old Trafford in front of the Sky Cricket cameras, starting tomorrow (Thursday 6 April).

Keaton Jennings will lead the side in a competitive match for the first time since being named as captain during the winter whilst Colin de Grandhomme could also be set to make his debut for the Club.

Lancashire and England bowlers, James Anderson and Saqib Mahmood, are continuing to build up their match fitness ahead of being available for the County Championship in the coming weeks.
