Jos Buttler returns to face Yorkshire Vikings
Jos Buttler will make his highly anticipated return to action for Lancashire Lightning in Thursday evening's Roses T20 against Yorkshire Vikings at Headingley - live on Sky Sports Cricket.
England white ball captain Buttler has been included in the 15-man squad after returning from the IPL last week and is in contention to make his first Lightning appearance in almost a year after training with the squad earlier today.
Fellow England international Phil Salt has recovered from a back spasm which ruled him out of Monday's defeat to Birmingham Bears to take his place back in the matchday squad for the first Roses meeting of the season.
Head Coach Glen Chapple remains without captain Keaton Jennings who is continuing his recovery from a hamstring injury whilst Richard Gleeson is in his end stage rehabilitation following wrist surgery in March.
