Keaton Jennings returns as 14-man squad named for Surrey
Head Coach Glen Chapple has named a 14-man squad for Lancashire’s LV=County Championship clash against Surrey, starting tomorrow at the Kia Oval.
Club captain Keaton Jennings returns after recovering from his hamstring injury which he sustained in the fixture against Somerset at the end of April, whilst Saqib Mahmood remains sidelined.
While Lancashire head into this fixture on the back of a win, so to do Surrey, who beat Kent by five wickets at Canterbury when chasing 501. The Kookaburra ball will be used for the next two rounds of the Championship following a recommendation from the recent Sir Andrew Strauss High Performance review.
Lancashire Cricket squad to face Surrey:
Keaton Jennings, George Balderson, Tom Bailey, Jack Blatherwick, George Bell, Josh Bohannon, Tom Hartley, Rob Jones, Daryl Mitchell, Jack Morley, Phil Salt, Dane Vilas, Luke Wells, Will Williams
