Lancashire Lightning name 14-man squad for Vitality Blast Off!

Head Coach Glen Chapple has named a 14-man squad for Saturday's Vitality Blast Off!

Lancashire Lightning kick off the 2023 Vitality Blast as they take on Derbyshire Falcons at Edgbaston in the first-ever Blast Off! event - live on Sky Sports Cricket at 2.30pm.

Lightning's overseas duo of New Zealand's Daryl Mitchell and Colin de Grandhomme have both been included in the squad and will be in contention to make their T20 debuts for the Club.

Seamer Richard Gleeson is continuing to recover from surgery on a fractured hand, sustained during the UAE ILT20 in February whilst Captain Keaton Jennings remains ruled out by the hamstring injury suffered last month.

Jos Buttler, Liam Livingstone and Phil Salt are unavailable due to Indian Premier League duties.
