Outgrounds Update: Blackpool to host Durham clash, Liverpool to host Second XI fixture
Lancashire Cricket can confirm that Blackpool Cricket Club will host May’s LV= Insurance County Championship match against Durham.
Stanley Park will stage the Division One fixture which gets underway on Friday 17 May and concludes on Monday 20 May.
The Club can also announce that during the last few months, positive talks have taken place between Lancashire Cricket and Liverpool Cricket Club. As a result of this, Lancashire’s Second XI will host Middlesex in a Second XI Championship fixture at Aigburth, starting on Monday 24 June.
The Club is looking forward to working with Liverpool Cricket Club again - with the view to potentially playing a first team fixture at the venue in 2025.
