Refund Information - Ashes Day 5
Further to the unfortunate abandonment of today's (Sunday 23 July) play and as per the ticket terms and conditions ticket holders will automatically be refunded 100% of the face value of your match ticket (excluding booking charges) to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets.
Refunds will be completed within 28 days and you will receive confirmation from the Ticket Office when your refund has been processed, and there is no need to contact the Club.
Should refunds to cards not be possible due to cards expiring or tickets being paid by other method of payment, the refund will be sent to customers’ online credit account and an email will be sent providing details on how to receive a BACS refund.
