Roses T20: Ticket Refund Information
Further to tonight's unfortunate abandonment of the Roses T20 Vitality Blast match at Emirates Old Trafford, ticket holders will automatically be refunded the face value of your match ticket (excluding booking charges) to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets.
If you are a Member and claimed a match ticket, guest ticket or purchased any additional tickets, these will be cancelled and re-credited or refunded where applicable.
Your refund will be completed within 20 working days (by Thursday 20 July, however we will aim to refund your booking as soon as possible). You will receive confirmation from the Club when your refund has been processed, and there is no need to contact the Ticket Office.
Should refunds to cards not be possible due to cards expiring or tickets being paid by other method of payment, the refund will be sent to customers’ online credit account and an email will be sent providing details on how to receive a BACS refund.
