Lancashire Cricket confirms upcoming Members’ events
Lancashire Cricket has confirmed a number of upcoming events for Members between now and the end of the year.
On Thursday 3 October, Director of Cricket Performance Mark Chilton and Men’s Head Coach Dale Benkenstein will provide Members with an update following the end of the 2024 campaign. This will take place in the Members’ Suite at 6:30pm.
Following that, the Club will host two further Members’ Open House sessions on the future of The Hundred and potential external investment into the eight teams, including Emirates Old Trafford-based Manchester Originals. The first update will take place, via a webinar, on Wednesday 9 October at 6pm. Lancashire Cricket will then host a Members’ Question Time event on Monday 25 November. Due to a large-scale conference taking place at Emirates Old Trafford, this event will take place at UA92, adjacent to the stadium on Brian Statham Way, starting at 6:30pm. Further information will be communicated to Members in due course. The panel for the session will include representatives from Lancashire Cricket (Chair and CEO), the ECB and Deloitte, who are working with the ECB on the process.
On Friday 8 November, a Members’ Forum (12:30pm start) will take place after an informal coffee morning led by the Members’ Representation Group (11am start) at Emirates Old Trafford. The agenda will be confirmed closer to the date, however it will include a discussion on the additional Board member to be elected by Members and the Board skills matrix, as agreed at the AGM earlier this year.
Finally, the ever-popular Members’ Christmas Party will take place on Monday 9 December in the Point at Emirates Old Trafford. Further details of this event will be confirmed nearer the time.
We encourage as many Members as possible to attend the above sessions and would like to thank the MRG for their support regarding the upcoming Member events.
Thank you for your continued support.
