Lancashire name squad to face Kent, Chris Green returns
Head coach Dale Benkenstein has named a 13-man squad for tomorrow's Metro Bank One-Day Cup clash against Kent Spitfires at Blackpool Cricket Club.
Chris Green is available and returns to the matchday squad to take on Kent. The Australian all-rounder has extended his overseas contract with the Club to include the One-Day Cup, but missed the opening Group A match against Durham on Wednesday, after he was signed by Trent Rockets as a short-term replacement in The Hundred.
New overseas signing Venkatesh Iyer - who signed for the Club yesterday - is unavailable to face the Spitfires as he awaits completion on the final details of his registration after arriving in the UK late last night. The Indian international, who has joined the Red Rose for the One-Day Cup and the following two rounds of the Vitality County Championship, is expected to be available for Wednesday's trip to Derbyshire.
