2.20pm - MATCH ABANDONED
Following the umpires inspection, sadly conditions have not improved sufficiently and the match has been abandoned as a draw.
1.00pm
The umpires have made their inspection and will take a further look at conditions at 2.15pm.
11.10am
The umpires advise that the outfield is still very wet and they will make a further inspection at 12.45pm. Lunch will be at the usual time of 1pm.
10.55am
The rain has abated and the umpires will make an inspection at 11.00am.

It has started to rain again, with entire square and run ups fully covered once more.

Good morningfrom Emirates Old Trafford ahead of the fourth day of our Vitality County Championship match against Surrey.
Unfortunately we have poor weather conditions and once more it has rained heavily overnight.
The groundstaff, who have seen more action than anyone over the last four days, are currently mopping up again.
