More Than A Rose: 2024 playing kits unveiled
Lancashire Cricket and Thunder Cricket have unveiled their 2024 New Balance playing shirts ahead of the new season!
More Than A Rose, inspired by the famous Red Rose, Lancashire Lightning and Thunder will wear the same iconic red T20 playing shirts during the 2024 season, following on from the launch of our Red Rose Together campaign - which aims to make cricket more accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.
The Lancashire Cricket Red Rose - it is "More than a Rose" - it's a symbol of resilience, passion, diversity, and community. The Red Rose goes beyond being just an emblem; it represents the rich tapestry of stories, talents, and shared experiences that make up the Lancashire Cricket family.
For the 2024 County Championship shirt, New Balance have also taken inspiration from the rose with the sleeves tapered with an iconic Red Rose design to go with the classic county look.
Our navy One Day Cup jersey also features a rose design in the centre, accompanied by red and white bands on the sleeve to provide a fresh look for the 2024 season.
The kits were launched today (5 March) by Lancashire Cricket's Tom Aspinwall, George Balderson and Matty Hurst alongside Thunder's Naomi Dattani and Emma Lamb.
