Roses T20 - Refund Information
Further to tonight's unfortunate abandonment of the Roses T20 Vitality Blast match at Emirates Old Trafford, ticket holders will automatically be refunded the face value of your match ticket (excluding booking charges) to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets.
If you are a Member and claimed a match ticket, guest ticket or purchased any additional tickets, these will be cancelled and re-credited or refunded where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days, by Friday 9 August, however we aim to refund your booking as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email from the Club when your refund has been processed, and there is no need to contact the Ticket Office.
Should refunds to cards not be possible due to your card expiring or tickets being paid by another method of payment, the refund value will be credited to your online account to use for future ticket purchases. The confirmation email will also provide details on how to receive a BACS refund.
