Dale Benkenstein sat down in the LancsTV Studio at Emirates Old Trafford to outline why he took the role, the aims and ambitions for his tenure with the Red Rose, and to provide Members and supporters with a pre-season update.
The 49-year-old was appointed as the Club's new Men's Head Coach in December - joining from Gloucestershire CCC - and took his first training session with the Lancashire squad earlier this week.
