Lancashire Lightning name 14-man squad for Quarter-Final clash with Kent Spitfires

Read the latest squad news ahead of our Vitality Blast Quarter-Final

Steven Croft has named a 14-man squad for tomorrow's Vitality Blast Quarter-Final against Kent Spitfires at Emirates Old Trafford - live on Sky Sports Cricket (2.30pm start).

Phil Salt and Luke Wood are both available, while Liam Livingstone makes his Lancashire Lightning return after missing the second half of the group stage with a hamstring injury - Australian overseas Ashton Turner is also included in the squad.

Spin bowling all-rounder Arav Shetty, who signed a short-term contract until the end of the season and was an ever-present in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup, could make his professional T20 debut if selected.

Lancashire Lightning will be without Chris Green who is with Barbados Royals at the Caribbean Premier League, in line with his prior agreement with the Club from the beginning of the season. Everybody at Lancashire would like to thank Greeny for his efforts on and off the field in all formats while wearing the red rose this summer. His positive impact again this season was really felt by the Club and all our supporters. We look forward to welcoming him back for a third spell at Emirates Old Trafford in 2026.

Lightning are also without the services of Jos Buttler and Saqib Mahmood who are currently with England's One Day International squad for their series against South Africa.

Lancashire Lightning squad to face Kent Spitires:

Keaton Jennings (c), James Anderson, Tom Aspinwall, Jack Blatherwick, Tom Hartley, Matty Hurst, Michael Jones, Liam Livingstone, Phil Salt, Arav Shetty, Mitch Stanley, Ashton Turner, Luke Wells, Luke Wood

How to follow:

The match will be broadcast live and exclusive on Sky Sports Cricket, with ball-by-ball radio commentary from Emirates Old Trafford provided by BBC Radio Lancashire's Scott Read on the BBC Sport website and app.

For those unable to follow the action live, there will be regular updates on the Club's social media channels and Match Centre, with highlights also posted on LancsTV.
