Dropped catch! Tom Hartley pulls a short ball from Graeme van Buuren that a diving Cam Green at midwicket does well to get a hand to the ball but he can't cling on.
Lancashire limp into the tea break with a small lead and there are 37 overs still left.

25 minutes to tea and George Balderson edges behind off Graeme van Buuren and Gloucestershire fancy their chances now. There are still 45 overs left, so just under half of the day still to go.

Josh Bohannon plays forward defensively but edges Tom Price to Cameron Bancroft who takes his third catch of the innings at second slip for 30.

Lancashire go ahead but lose a wicket.
Tom Price nips a delivery back that finds an inside edge from Matty Hurst that deflects onto leg stump and he's gone for what was a nice, steady innings of 33.

A let off for Matty Hurst who edges Ajeet Singh Dale between the wicketkeeper and the one slip who is standing wide covering both the normal first and second slip positions. The ball went at a nice catchable height too.

Ajeet Singh Dale and Ollie Price sharing the ball after lunch in much brighter weather. There is still a lot of cloud cover however so the floodlights remain on for now.

Gloucestershire's morning as the visitors take three top order Lancashire wickets after declaring on their overnight score.

Graeme van Buuren gets his revenge, tempting Marcus Harris down the wicket and James Bracey completes the stumping. Harris gone for 24 and Gloucs have a key wicket.

Graeme van Buuren coming on to bowl his left arm spin as Gloucestershire look for a further breakthrough before lunch but he is twice driven for four by Marcus Harris.
It remains quite cloudy with the floodlights shining very brightly now.

Josh Shaw tries a slower ball bouncer that goes badly wrong, the ball bouncing twice before George Bell hammers it away through square leg for four!
Bell then produces a superb cut for four more off Shaw.
