The Derbyshire bowlers have made a good job of bottling up the scoring over the past 30 minutes but Matty Hurst breaks the shackles by driving Zak Chappell for four.

Matty Hurst had an eventful start to his innings, taking 10 runs off the first four deliveries from Blair Tickner but then nearly playing on when the ball he had played defensively spun back but just missed the stumps.
Hurst has added a third four, top edging to the fine leg rope while Luke Wells has pushed on into the seventies.

James Anderson has been named in Lancashire Men's 14-man squad for today’s Rothesay County Championship match against Derbyshire at Emirates Old Trafford.
Anderson has recovered from a calf injury which ruled him out of the opening five matches of the season and is set to make his first appearance for the Red Rose in eleven months and his first since retiring from Test Cricket.
The match will be Australian Marcus Harris' first as interim captain after Keaton Jennings stood down as four-day skipper on Tuesday. Harris is the leading run scorer across both divisions of the Rothesay County Championship with 749.
Tom Aspinwall remains unavailable after suffering a side strain in the opening match of the season at Lord's.

After the nail-biting draw against Glamorgan last time out, Derbyshire travel to Manchester knowing victory would keep them in the Division Two promotion race.
Martin Andersson impressed in Cardiff, he is one of four Derbyshire players to be averaging more than 50 this season, while Blair Tickner (15 wickets) will be looking to add to his tally.
Luis Reece misses this fixture due to a hamstring injury sustained against Glamorgan, while Harry Moore (back) and Nye Donald (shoulder) continue their recovery.
