Members' Christmas Party - Monday 15 December
We’re delighted to announce that our Members’ Christmas Party will take place on Monday 15 December. It’s one of our favourite events of the year, and we can’t wait to celebrate the festive season with many familiar faces.

To help us make sure everyone who wants to attend has the chance to join in the fun, we’re introducing a £10 per person deposit this year. This small change will help reduce the number of no-shows. Last year, 140 Members weren’t able to make it, which meant other Members missed out and lots of festive food went to waste.

Why is a deposit being introduced?
We’ve introduced the £10 deposit to help manage attendance more effectively. In previous years, a high number of no-shows meant that many Members missed out on a space, and the Club incurred unnecessary costs.
What happens to my deposit if I attend?
When you arrive at the party, your £10 deposit will be returned to you in the form of three drinks vouchers - an increase from the one drink voucher offered last year.
What happens if I don’t attend?
Deposits are non-refundable and will be used to help cover the cost of the unused place and catering.
Is the Club making money from this?
Not at all! The Members’ Christmas Party is entirely funded by the Club and is not offered to generate profit. The deposit simply ensures we can manage attendance fairly and reduce waste.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Of course, cancellations can be made up until Monday, 8 December at 4:00 PM.
Login to the Members’ Portal to book your place. If you have any dietary requirements, please email [email protected] no later than 5 working days before the event.
Tickets for the event will be loaded onto your 2025 membership card. If you no longer have your membership card, please email the ticket office once you’ve booked your place via [email protected].
