SECOND XI REPORT: Rain forces Gloucestershire match to be abandoned

Heavy overnight and prolonged showers at Blackpool this morning has led to the final day of the Second XI Championship between Lancashire and Gloucestershire being abandoned.

Lancashire made 328 all out in their first innings, George Harris scoring 191. Gloucestershire were 115 all out (Charlie Parkinson 5-37, Tom Walker 4-16) & following-on 214-7 (Tom Walker 4-55). 

Lancashire take 13 points from the drawn game and Gloucestershire 11 points, with the visitors finishing second in the Group 1 table on 82 points and Lancashire third on 56 points.

Worcestershire have finished top of Group 1 on 88 points and have qualified for next week's Championship Final. Their opponents will be known following the conclusion of the Surrey v Hampshire later today.
