Tickets for our Hundred matches at Emirates Old Trafford can be bought online from our online store. Alternatively if you require any assistance please click on lancashirecricket.co.uk/club/contact-us/ and fill out the contact us form.
To assign contacts details for all your party, follow the steps below when purchasing your tickets:
- Login to your online account here
- Select your match, seat and number of tickets and select ‘Add to Basket’
- Check your order and select ‘Buy Now’
- Select your ticket delivery method
- On your order ‘Summary’, you can assign contacts already linked to your account or add a new contact in the drop down for each ticket
- If you want to assign a ticket to an attendee who already has an account, enter their customer or membership number and their surname to add them to your friends and family. If they do not have an account, please complete the new contact form with the attendees first name, last name and email address and press save.
- You will then be able to pick the new customer from the dropdown list
- Select ‘Proceed to Payment’ and follow the steps on screen to compete your purchase and ticket assignment

Accessibility
At Emirates Old Trafford we have created designated areas around the ground to cater for the needs of supporters with a disability. There are wheelchair spaces with adjacent personal assistant seats with nearby seats for friends and family, there are easy access areas for those who require seats within short distance of necessary amenities. We also have a sensory room and facilities for supporters who are blind or have impaired hearing.
As we have several accessible areas around the ground all with a different views and different fan experiences, we ask that you contact the Ticketing Team to advise where the best location is that suits your personal needs. Please email your request to [email protected]

Multi-Faith Room
The Multi Faith room at Emirates Old Trafford is available to all attendees and is situated in the Pavilion Tunnel, at the back of the Reception.

Sensory Room
We have a private pitch-facing Sensory Room. The room is situated in our Player and Media Centre of Emirates Old Trafford where users, both young and old, can get away from any overwhelming outside distractions.
Our sensory room is for a maximum of 8 people and is a dedicated space that enables those with sensory processing issues to relax and re-centre themselves in a safe and secure environment.
The room is complete with soft comfortable seating, bubble columns and a fibreoptic tail to create calming visual distractions.
The room is available to any match ticket holder. To enquire on the day, please head to the Pavillion reception who will be happy to assist you.

Sensory Packs Available Now!
Lancashire Cricket is pleased to offer sensory packs to enable our famous matchday experience to be comfortable and enjoyable for all members of the Red Rose family.
We hope that our sensory packs will allow our fans with sensory needs to feel relaxed and enhance their matchday experience. The packs include Club branded ear defenders, fidget spinners, a stress ball and more for fans to keep and reuse on each visit to a game.
You can purchase our sensory packs from the Pavilion Reception for £10.
Assistance Dogs
The Club welcomes all assistance dogs to Emirates Old Trafford. Please inform the Ticketing Team if you wish to bring an assistance dog with you. Should you need water or an exercise or relieving area for your assistance dog, please request this from your nearest steward on the day.
Parking
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available and these must be pre-booked via our ticketing website. Please be aware that the location of these spaces may be off-site depending on matchday arrangements and will be specified both on the website and on your car park ticket which will be printable from your ticket account once purchased.
Toilets
There are accessible toilet facilities in the concourses of all stands. There are also accessible facilities within the Pavilion for Members and within The Point on the first floor. A steward will be able to direct you to the most convenient / nearest toilet. RADAR keys are being installed to all concourse toilets and stewards will be provided with a key who will be able to facilitate access.
Our changing places facility is available, located behind E stand, in the wedge. Access will be via a radar key (available from the stand stewards) and will be available for all remaining fixtures of the season. Please seek directional support from the stand stewards as it may differ dependant on the stand you are in.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
Emirates Old Trafford is proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower across the Club, as part of the ongoing Red Rose Together campaign which aims to make Emirates Old Trafford an inclusive and welcoming environment for everybody. Read more here.
General information
Where a supporter would find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access the services offered, the Club allows the supporter to bring a personal assistant free of charge, to meet the conditions of providing a “reasonable adjustment” and auxiliary service under the Equality Act.
Supporters who can supply one of the “proof of disability” documents below will automatically qualify for the free personal assistant ticket (if a personal assistant ticket is requested). Supporters without such proof will be considered on an individual case and may be asked to complete a Proof of Disability Registration Form.
Emirates Old Trafford reserves the right to request “proof of disability” that may include:
- Receipt of the Disability Living Allowance (mid-rate care OR high-rate mobility component)
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance
- Blind or partially sighted registration certificate – BD8 Certificate
- A personal letter from your GP, community nurse or social worker
- Provision of a free companion/personal assistant ticket
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (enhanced rate)
The Club is regularly audited by an independent disabled person who acts as a mystery shopper and based on the feedback received, the Club works to improve the facilities for spectators with a disability where possible.
