TIXnGO Mobile App secure mobile tickets and Print at Home tickets

Please note: Your tickets will be available to download via the TIXnGO app or via Print at Home.

Hospitality tickets will only be available via Print at Home. You can see Print at Home details at the bottom of this page.

If your shipment mode is TIXnGO Mobile Ticket you will need to download the TIXnGO app to access your tickets. If your shipment mode is Print at Home you will need to login to your account to download your tickets. You can find your shipment mode at the bottom of the file summary attachment that was sent with your booking confirmation email.

Instructions for TIXnGO Mobile App secure mobile tickets

TIXnGO mobile tickets are being introduced as the default ticket delivery for the 2021 season and beyond. Following Government guidelines in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic the Club are moving away from physical tickets to mobile tickets via the TIXnGO app.

Tickets will appear in the app and be available to transfer to friends and family before the match. The barcodes for the TIXnGO tickets will be activated three hours before the start of play or on approach to the scanning gates.

  • Once you have purchased tickets you will receive a confirmation email from the Club
  • Before the match you will receive an email from TIXnGO with instructions on how to download your tickets as below:
  1. Using your mobile phone, download the TIXnGO mobile app
  2. Open the TIXnGO app and sign-up/sign-in using your email address
  3. Following your registration, before the match your tickets will appear in the TIXnGO mobile app
  • Three hours before the start of play or on approach to the scanning gates you will receive a notification from the TIXnGO app that the ticket has been activated.
  • Once this message has been received the ticket will be active inside the app, click on the ticket and the QR code will be displayed ready for scanning.
  • PLEASE ENSURE YOUR TIXnGO APP IS OPEN ON APPROACH TO THE SCANNING GATES

Transferring tickets

  • This will be available once tickets appear in the app
  • On the TIXnGO app navigate to 'My Tickets'
  • Find the ticket you want to transfer and select ‘Send’
  • Choose a contact from your contact list or enter the recipient’s contact details into the relevant fields, then press ‘Send’
  • You will receive a ‘Transfer in progress’ message, close this box and you will be taken back to ‘My Tickets’ where you will that the ticket is ‘In Transfer’
  • Please note that this must be done no later than three hours prior to the start of play 

Checking the status of transferred tickets

  • The ticket will remain ‘In Transfer’ until the recipient has accepted the ticket
  • Once the recipient has accepted the ticket, you will see that is has been sent to your contact successfully in the transfer history section of the menu
  • The recipient will receive an email from TIXnGO explaining that you have sent them a ticket and they should click the link to download the app and receive the ticket
  • You will then see the ticket has been transferred to your contact with the date and time of the transfer 

Receiving a ticket that has been transferred to you

  • When a ticket has been sent to you, you will receive an email from TIXnGO with instructions on how to download your tickets as below:
    • Using your mobile phone, download the TIXnGO mobile app
    • Open the TIXnGO app and sign-up/sign-in using your email address
    • Following your registration, your tickets will appear in the TIXnGO mobile app
  • Click on the ticket in the Transfer History menu option
  • You will then be able to see the ticket and who has sent it to you
  • The ticket will display in the main screen of the TIXnGO app
  • Three hours before the start of play or on approach to the scanning gates you will receive a notification from the TIXnGO app that the ticket has been activated.
  • Once this message has been received the ticket will be active inside the app, click on the ticket and the QR code will be displayed ready for scanning.
  • PLEASE ENSURE YOUR TIXnGO APP IS OPEN ON APPROACH TO THE SCANNING GATES

Instructions to download your print at home tickets

Depending on how you access your account determines the format of your print at home ticket.

If you login on a mobile phone you’ll be directed to download your ticket to your phone where it can be saved as a PDF or for Apple phone users, saved in your Apple wallet, both of which are compatible for direct scanning at the gates.

Apple phone users

  • Go to lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets/account
  • Login with your email and password
  • Click the menu bar, and select “Order History”
  • Select "See details" under the relevant order
  • Click “Add to Apple Wallet
  • Enter the names of the ticket holders
  • Click “Save and Continue
  • Go to the Apple Wallet application to view your ticket

Non-Apple phone users

  • Go to lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets/account
  • Login with your email and password
  • Click the menu bar, and select “Order History”
  • Select "See details" under the relevant order
  • Click “Print an A4 PDF Ticket
  • Enter the names of the ticket holders
  • Click “Save and Continue
  • Once downloaded go to your download application to view your PDF ticket

If you login on a tablet or PC you’ll be directed to download your tickets as a PDF that you can print at home. To do this you will need an inkjet or laser printer, plain A4 white paper and have installed Adobe Acrobat reader version 4.0 or higher (you can install the latest version here).

Print at Home Tickets

  • Go to lancashirecricket.co.uk/tickets/account
  • Login with your email and password
  • Click “Order History” under My Bookings
  • Select the order
  • Click “Print
  • Enter the names of the ticket holders
  • Click “Save and Continue
  • Your ticket will appear as a PDF
  • Print your ticket on plain A4 white paper
  • Only print your ticket once and don’t photocopy the original, as the barcode will only scan once
  • Keep your Print at Home ticket dry and don’t damage the barcode
