There is a minor discrepancy within the narrative contained in the Corporate Governance section of the report on page 18. Within the section ‘The Board’ it is noted that ‘The Board meets at least once a month and more frequently should circumstances require it.’
This should read ‘The Board meets formally bi-monthly and more frequently should circumstances require it.’ The table on the same page notes the number of formal minuted Board meetings held during the year. As the Annual Report has been approved by Members at the AGM on 25 May 2026 the minor discrepancy cannot be amended but will be reviewed when the 2026 Annual Report is compiled.
