Lancashire Cricket launches new 2023 Membership structure
Lancashire Cricket is pleased to launch a new reinvigorated Membership structure for the 2023 season, as the Club commits to growing the Red Rose Family of Members to 10,000 by 2030.
Over the past 10 months, the Club has conducted thorough research amongst current and lapsed Members, as well as prospect audiences, and the outcome of this research has highlighted the need for a simpler, clearer and more accessible Membership programme. From 2023, we have therefore streamlined our Membership options and are excited to introduce new categories that will meet the needs of existing Members, whilst also appealing to new audiences.

Membership 2023 - Frequently Asked Questions
Lancashire Cricket is committed to growing the Membership base and whilst looking to retain our current Members, we will actively target new Members representative of the wider community, as we seek to develop a diverse Membership base, inclusive across ethnicity, age and gender. The Club believes that the new packages, as detailed below, will make it easier to experience cricket across all formats, and we have lowered the entry level cost making Memberships more affordable.
Widening our appeal, and diversifying our Membership, is part of a long-term plan to further opportunities for the Club, as well as increasing engagement from our Members through an extensive list of benefits, priority access to international tickets (plus 10% off tickets when purchased before 31 December 2022) and via unrivalled and unprecedented access to Lancashire Cricket through the Club’s digital content.

Daniel Gidney, Chief Executive at Lancashire Cricket said: “Over the past 10 months, we’ve undertaken a full review of our Memberships structure and our 2023 packages are designed to attract even more people into the Red Rose Family, making it as diverse and welcoming as possible.
“The primary conclusion of the research was that potential Members were put off because busy lives meant that they couldn’t commit to multiple days of cricket every year. This is now reflected in the new offering, giving people the chance to select the option that matches their individual frequency needs enabling the choice of specific games that they are able to attend.
“Our new Membership structure offers great value for money and shows we are more determined than ever to welcome new Members to the Club. The key insights from the research show us that having categories that are simple, flexible and accessible for all ages is crucial and we believe we’ve done that with our offering.
“We understand that a thriving Membership base is crucial to our long-term success as a Club, and we want to ensure that Members are more engaged and empowered than ever before. We know we have a passionate Membership base and the Club, and its Board, are absolutely committed to growing the number of Members we have here at Lancashire Cricket in the coming years.

2023 Memberships will go on general sale from Wednesday 21 September, and Members will then be able to book tickets for the 2023 International fixtures at Emirates Old Trafford.
