Steph Neville joins Lancashire’s Members’ Representative Group

Lancashire Cricket is pleased to announce that Steph Neville has joined the Members’ Representative Group, with a specific focus on disability and accessibility at Emirates Old Trafford.

Steph, who is a recently retired NHS career general manager having worked across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and London, was most recently working as a Head of Corporate Affairs, and also sits on the Board of Mencap (Wirral) where she is a Trustee.

The appointment, which followed a transparent and thorough recruitment process, and included an interview – overseen by the Club’s Nominations Committee – will see Steph start in the role with immediate effect.

Steph Neville said: “I am delighted to have been appointed onto the Club’s Members’ Representative Group.

“Improving accessibility and inclusivity for those with disabilities is something that is close to my heart. Following my own personal experiences, as well as having worked in the NHS, I am wholeheartedly committed to making a meaningful difference and I’m excited to get started.

“I’m looking forward to working with the wider MRG team, as well as those at Lancashire Cricket, to make a real difference.”

Colin Gore, Chair of the MRG, added: “I’m thrilled to welcome Steph to the MRG.

“We’ve been looking for someone to fill this vacancy and we truly believe she is going to make a real difference focusing of disability and accessibility, as well as helping support the on-going work of the MRG.

“It’s a great opportunity for someone to make an impact in how the Club delivers for its Members and supporters and we’re excited to work together with her on it.”
