Lancashire Cricket signs multi-year deal with Castore
Lancashire Cricket is delighted to announce a multi-year partnership with premium sportswear brand Castore who will become the Club’s new official kit supplier from the 2025 season onwards.
Under the terms of the new deal, Castore will become the official kit supplier and exclusive retail partner of Lancashire Cricket, with the kits – which will be worn from April - featuring the Club’s iconic red rose.
The new designs, which will include the famous Castore wings on high-quality performance wear, will be unveiled in time for the Lancashire Men’s and Women’s first domestic fixtures of the season.
Castore will be supplying Lancashire’s Men’s and Women’s kits for the Vitality Blast and Metro Bank One-Day Cup, in addition to the Men’s Rothesay County Championship and training kit for both squads.
Lancashire Chief Executive Daniel Gidney said: “We are thrilled to welcome Castore into our family of partners as they become our official kit supplier ahead of the new season.
“Castore is a local brand who have built up an impressive portfolio, working to provide playing kit across several top-class professional sports clubs around the world.
“We are looking forward to unveiling our bespoke Men’s and Women’s Castore playing kits to Members’ and supporters ahead of the season starting in April.”
Castore is continuing its investment in cricket in the UK and across the world and is kit partner to international and domestic cricket teams, including the England men’s and women’s teams, New Zealand Cricket and several of the First-Class counties. Castore remains committed to expanding its offering and promoting the sport to cricket fans far and wide.
Founded in the Wirral in 2016 by brothers and former athletes Tom and Phil Beahon, Castore was created with a mission to develop expertly engineered precision sportswear through technological advancements and partnerships with ambitious teams and exceptional sporting names. The brand has since grown to become globally recognised, working with a range of the world’s most popular sports, from Football to Formula One.
Castore founding partner Tom Beahon commented: “We’re really excited to partner with Lancashire, a club that is close to our hearts – especially my brother and co-founder Phil, being his former club. It is also close to our business in Manchester and we both have strong ambitions to continue to promote cricketing excellence at the elite level and through grassroots participation.
“It’s a pleasure to work with Lancashire and develop our relationship with another key part of the cricketing community. We think it’s a brilliant time to be bolstering our presence in cricket, as summer approaches and the UK plays host to some incredible international fixtures before the Men's Ashes Tour later this year.”
